After being off-campus for 12 days, Coach Lye returned to Stevenson with some extra luggage... a silver medal! With the round robin completed, Team Canada entered the playoffs with a renewed energy and were ready to face Cuba in the semi-final game. After battling hard for a 4-0 win, they headed to the gold medal game where they were given an opportunity to have a rematch versus U.S.A who beat them earlier in the tournament. Team U.S.A., however, proved to be too much for Team Canada so Coach Lye and her teammates settled for a silver medal.

Coach Lye Returns From Mexico With the Silver Medal
After being off-campus for 12 days, Coach Lye returned to Stevenson with some extra luggage... a silver medal! With the round robin completed, Team Canada entered the playoffs with a renewed energy and were ready to face Cuba in the semi-final game.
